    TechnaGlass is currently seeking an Outside Account executive for the Cincinnati, Ohio area!


    We are currently looking for a detail oriented, motivated individual to join our growing sales team!  This position will allow for the perfect candidate to learn, grow and work with our amazing staff.  The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.  Account Executives will also monitor industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue.  If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you.


    • Develop and sustain professional relationships with a range of decision makers and influencers within target organizations to include business owners, car dealerships, and vehicle fleets within a defined geographical range
    • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build credibility, secure meetings, and influence primary decision makers through in person visits, networking, and using online resources
    • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for new and existing Insurance Agent and Auto Dealer/Fleet segments
    • Travel as needed to service existing sales accounts
    • Develop new business partner relationships and accounts
    • Keep accurate and detailed records and expense reports

    • Proficient at communicating with all levels of management one-on-one and in group settings
    • Ability to conduct a client needs analysis and provide written and verbal client focused solutions
