    TechnaGlass is the regional leader in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry with locations all along the Wasatch Front.  We are looking for a part time Outside Sales Manager for our Utah market.  Come join our exceptional team and help us exceed our goals for 2018 and beyond.

      

    Job Description: The Outside Sales Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for all outside business partners that use TechnaGlass services.  This position is responsible for making outbound sales calls to develop strong relationships with existing business partners as well as driving new business.

     

    Reports to: Outside Sales Director

    Responsibilities

    • Build strong relationships with existing business partners
    • Travel as needed to service existing sales accounts
    • Develop new business partner relationships and accounts
    • Keep accurate and detailed records and expense reports
    • Develop sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness
    • Build strong customer loyalty through effective communication and extensive product knowledge
    • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager

    Qualifications

    • Proven sales experience
    • Familiarity with different sales techniques
    • Ability to overcome objections from potential customers
    • Strong computer skills
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong follow through skills
    • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
    • Ability to learn the glass replacement and repair process
    • Must have a clean driving record
