    TechnaGlass is the regional leader in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry.  We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work at the front desk of our Ogden, Utah shop.  Come join our exceptional team and help us exceed our goals for 2018 and beyond.   

     

    Job Description: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for every customer that enters the shop.  This position is also responsible for keeping the shop workflow organized, answering questions and maintaining a clean environment for our valued customers.

     

    Reports to: Shop Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Promptly acknowledge every customer that enters the shop
    • Check in customers and provide accurate information regarding the glass install/repair process and wait time
    • Create work orders for technicians and schedule appointments
    • Follow up with customers during the process when needed to keep them informed
    • Communicate effectively with shop technicians and provide all relevant information
    • Effectively manage the incoming workflow of the shop on a daily basis
    • Answer customer questions and inquiries and direct questions to shop manager or technician when appropriate
    • Process customer payments
    • Provide an engaging, friendly, and clean environment for customers who are waiting in the lobby
    • Upsell warranties and products
    • Other duties and as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Six months of customer service experience
    • Strong computer skills
    • Great attitude
    • Results and goal oriented mindset
    • Some sales experience preferred
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong follow through skills
    • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
    • Ability to learn the glass replacement and repair process
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
