    TechnaGlass is the regional leader in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry with locations all along the Wasatch Front.  We are a Utah based company that has expanded into 8 addition states with plans to grow even more.  We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to take inbound calls and answer general questions.  Come join our exceptional team and help us exceed our goals for 2018 and beyond.   


    Job Description: The Customer Service Representative is and entry level position responsible for providing an exceptional experience for every customer that calls TechnaGlass.  This position is also responsible for assisting with warranty questions and directing calls to the correct department.


    Reports to: Inside Sales Manager


    • Promptly answer every call that comes in
    • Answer general questions regarding store hours, locations, and rock chip repair
    • Troubleshoot warranty issues and find the appropriate solution in each situation
    • Interact with shops and sales team to provide accurate information regarding appointment changes or parts issues
    • Serve as a backup to the sales team in times of heavy call volume
    • Other duties and as assigned


    • Six months of customer service experience
    • Strong computer skills
    • Great attitude
    • Results and goal oriented mindset
    • Some sales experience a plus
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong follow through skills
    • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
