    TechnaGlass is the regional leader in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry with locations all along the Wasatch Front.  We are a Utah based company that has expanded into 8 addition states with plans to grow even more.  We are looking for a Customer Retention Representative to speak with current customers about recently scheduled work.  Come join our exceptional team and help us exceed our goals for 2018 and beyond.   


    Job Description: The Customer Retention Representative is an entry level position responsible for providing an exceptional experience for every TechnaGlass customer they interact with.  This position is also responsible for reaching out to existing customers who have not completed their scheduled work.  



    Reports to: Inside Sales Manager



    • Make outbound calls to customers who have either cancelled or not come in for scheduled work
    • Ask probing questions to determine reasons for cancellation, reschedule the work or cancel the work order (e.g. the car was sold or wrecked)
    • Make changes to the shops calendar when work is rescheduled
    • Make detailed notes in the system so unused parts (from cancellations) can be accounted for correctly
    • Interact with the accounting department to make sure work orders are either updated or cancelled so that insurance companies will be billed correctly


    • Six months of customer service experience
    • Strong computer skills
    • Great attitude
    • Results and goal oriented mindset
    • Some sales experience a plus
    • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong follow through skills
    • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
