TechnaGlass is the regional leader in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry with locations all along the Wasatch Front.  We are a Utah based company that has expanded into 8 addition states with plans to grow even more.  We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead the Inbound Sales Team at our Sandy Contact Center.  Come join our exceptional team and help us exceed our goals for 2018 and beyond.   


Job Description: The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales through the coaching and development of inside sales representatives.  The Inside Sales Supervisor will train and mentor sales staff to ensure best practices are implemented to achieve success in reaching company objectives.



Reports to: Inside Sales Manager


  • Responsible for leading a team of 10 to 15 inside sales representatives
  • Monitor, track and report team performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Identify skill gaps and provide personal ongoing support and feedback
  • Support leadership’s vision to build and develop an effective and high performing team
  • Assist representatives with difficult or escalated calls by possessing a high level of product knowledge and process expertise
  • Supervise the workflow of team members
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Proven leader in a sales environment
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in sales, negotiation and closing techniques
  • 2-3 years’ experience in supervising a successful sales team
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to function in a fast paced environment
