TechnaGlass is the regional leader in the automotive glass repair and replacement industry with locations all along the Wasatch Front.  We are a Utah based company that has expanded into 8 addition states with plans to grow even more.  We are looking for Inside Sales Representatives to work at our corporate office.  Come join our exceptional team and help us exceed our goals for 2018 and beyond.   


Job Description: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for every customer that calls the TechnaGlass contact center.  This position is responsible for taking inbound calls generated by a strong web presence and extensive marketing with the goal of converting calls into appointments at our installation shops around the country.


  • Convert inbound price inquiries into new appointments
  • Respond to web inquiries and quote requests via outbound calls
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding prices and insurance deductibles
  • Correctly initiate work orders and appointments for installations shops
  • Build strong customer relationships and customer loyalty through effective communication and extensive product knowledge
  • Upsell warranties and new products
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager
  • No cold calling
  • Work day shifts with rotating Saturdays


  • Six months of customer service experience
  • Ability to overcome objections from potential customers
  • Strong computer skills
  • Highly energetic, persuasive, honest, empathetic, and self-motivated
  • Goal oriented mindset
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong follow through skills
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions
  • Ability to learn the glass replacement and repair process
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
